Kerry is a great Pilates instructor who besides the work on the mat, reformer and ball has developed skills and knowledge to help riders on the horse. This is regardless of the rider's level or discipline.
As a classical dressage clinician, instructor and trainer, Kerry has been precious help for my students, making my job easier. She works with the students on their seat and balance, with specific exercises to develop strength and flexibility according to their immediate need in order to be able to accomplish the requested dressage exercises later during my lessons. Kerry will find the rider's weakness and restriction in their body for each position and posture and will give to the rider exercises to practice with her during the lessons and later home in order to develop strength, muscle or flexibility.
